Self Nurturing down Mammography way…

Breast Cancer screening should start at 40, sometimes earlier, and screening should continue every year.

Let me show you the way…to love yourself and take care of YOU!

Next stop ~ Self Nurturing from the inside out:

October is Breast Cancer Awareness month and so here I go for my annual mammogram.

I dread these visits but as I become more aware of the necessity of this process I realize I owe it to myself and my body to do the same necessary maintenance checks I would do for my beloved Toyota Prius!
Why would I treat my own self with any less attention and care than I do for my car?

Here I am at:
West Hollywood Mammography 7559 Santa Monica Blvd. #200 West Hollywood California 90046 USA

My insurance company pays for these visits, but not everyone has that option. There are many mammography centers that do this for free! For no-cost-mammogram facilities call 1-800-511-2300

Love your body, love your YOU!

  1. I look forward in reading your blog more often.
I like your most recent posting on Breast Cancer Awareness. A lot of women over the age of 40 don’t get checked as often as they should. It is nice to see that there are medical facilities that offer the service for those that are unfortunate that don’t have healthcare. Thank you for researching and making this information available.
